1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the DotConn Foods websites and your purchase of products sold under the DC BAKES and DC STIX brands.

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy. Do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. A person under 18 may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

3. Our Brands and Products

3.1 DC BAKES

DC BAKES offers fresh, made-to-order or limited-shelf-life baked products, including muffins, cakes, brownies and related products. Availability, preparation time, delivery area and delivery slots may vary based on location, order volume, production capacity and product type.

3.2 DC STIX

DC STIX offers packaged baked snack sticks and related shelf-stable products. Products may be sold individually, in mono-cartons, discovery collections, gift boxes, bundles or other pack configurations.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, allergen information, net quantity, prices and other information are accurate. However:

• Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of natural ingredients, handmade production, lighting and display settings;
• Fresh baked products may have reasonable variations in shape, weight, decoration and finish;
• Packaging designs may be updated without materially changing the product;
• Ingredient proportions or recipes may be updated after appropriate compliance review; and
• Product availability may change without notice.

Website claims concerning packaged food are intended to remain aligned with the information appearing on the physical product label. Where you notice any unexplained discrepancy involving ingredients, allergens, expiry, packaging integrity or food-safety information, do not consume the product and contact us immediately.

5. Ingredients, Allergens and Dietary Information

Our products may contain or be manufactured in facilities handling:

• Wheat and gluten-containing cereals;
• Milk and dairy products;
• Almonds;
• Cashews;
• Pistachios;
• Peanuts;
• Coconut;
• Oats;
• Raisins;
• Other tree nuts; and
• Other ingredients identified on the product page or label.

Read the complete ingredient and allergen declaration before purchase and consumption. Customers with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product information and seeking appropriate professional advice.

Descriptions such as “baked”, “made with whole wheat”, “no maida”, “no refined white sugar”, “no palm oil” or similar statements apply only where expressly stated for the relevant product and must not be interpreted as medical or nutritional advice.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Displaying a product on our website is an invitation to place an order and does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Your order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation or begin processing the order. We may reject or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable;
• The delivery location is outside our service area;
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
• Payment is unsuccessful or flagged for verification;
• We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale;
• The order exceeds operational capacity;
• An event outside our reasonable control prevents fulfilment; or
• Fulfilment would violate applicable law.

Where we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, handling charges and discounts will be shown before payment or in the final order summary. We may change prices prospectively. A price change will not normally affect an already accepted order, except where there is an obvious pricing error. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Their terms and security procedures may also apply.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers:

• Are valid only during the stated period;
• May apply only to selected products, customers or locations;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash;
• May not be combined unless expressly allowed;
• May be subject to minimum-order requirements; and
• May be withdrawn where misuse, fraud or an obvious technical error occurs.

9. Cancellations, Refunds and Replacements

Cancellations, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Because our products are food products, we generally cannot accept physical returns after delivery for resale. This does not restrict your rights where a product is defective, unsafe, damaged, incorrect, expired, tampered with, incorrect or incomplete.

10. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments unless expressly confirmed as such. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, a reachable telephone number, accurate recipient details, building access and security instructions, and reasonable availability to receive the order. 11. Storage and Consumption

After delivery, you are responsible for: following storage instructions on the product label or website; keeping products away from contamination, moisture, direct sunlight or excessive heat; refrigerating products where instructed; consuming products within the stated shelf life or recommended period; and checking package integrity before consumption. DotConn Foods is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, handling or delayed consumption after successful delivery, except where the product was already defective or unsafe when delivered.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the names DotConn Foods, DC BAKES, DC STIX, logos, packaging designs, product names, photographs, illustrations, graphics, copy, recipes, layouts and software, are owned by or licensed to DotConn Foods. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, create derivative works from or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

13. Reviews and User Content

Where you submit a review, image, video, comment or other content, you confirm that: the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience; you have the right to submit it; it does not infringe another person’s rights; it is not abusive, deceptive, defamatory or unlawful; and it does not contain malicious software or unauthorised personal information. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display the submitted content for customer-service, marketing and business purposes, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these Terms, but we will not suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are critical.

14. Prohibited Uses

You must not: misuse the website; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with website security; introduce malware or harmful code; place fraudulent orders; impersonate another person; scrape prices, images or content for commercial use; misuse promotions or refunds; submit false food-safety or delivery complaints; or use our products, content or platform for unlawful purposes.

15. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on independent payment, delivery, hosting, analytics, social-media and marketplace providers. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations but do not control the independent systems, outages or policies of third-party providers.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotConn Foods will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for: fraud, gross negligence, unsafe or defective food, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights.

17. Indemnity

You agree to compensate DotConn Foods for direct losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This clause does not apply to losses caused by DotConn Foods’ own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a consumer commission, regulator or other forum available under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing the revised version and updating the effective date. The Terms applicable when your order was accepted will normally govern that order.
