Born from a Parent's question:

"Must celebration taste like compromise?"

We started DC Bakes because we were tired of choosing between the cakes our kids loved and the ingredients we actually trusted. Refined sugar. Maida. Mystery colours. Preservatives that don't belong anywhere near a birthday.

So we built a bakery from scratch around a single non-negotiable rule, only jaggery and natural sweeteners, only honest whole-grain flours, only real ingredients you can read. The result? Bakes that taste indulgent because they are, not because they're dressed up to look it.
